I bought this umbrella for a trip to Japan since I wanted a compact umbrella that was purple. Although it is compact and reasonably lightweight, I did not know that it cannot be reopened unless it has been completed closed - something VERY inconvenient when going in and out of places often which is common when traveling and sightseeing. So first you press the close button, then you have to press the umbrella all the way down before you can press the open button again. Also, I found that it leaked a little, possible due to the wind flaps. UPDATE: Seller kindly offered me a refund when they saw I was less than completely happy with the product.

I ordered this for my Seattle trip I loved the colors and matched an outfit to my umbrella (I know I’m extra) I accidentally left my umbrella back home in phoenix. Didn’t need the umbrella anymore so I decided to return it. The customer service made me a life long customer!
