At first, I was apprehensive about buying a sofa at a new store with no reviews on Amazon but boy am I glad I did. I love my sofa, it looks amazing! It's honestly beautiful, my place looks so much better now. The blue velvet is stunning. Heck, it looks even better than it does in the photo. The velvet is smooth and does not irritate the skin at all. The cushions are comfortable, especially the back cushions. Please note that at first sit, the bottom cushions are not insanely soft. They are not hard but you won't sink into them when you take that first seat. Keep in mind the sofa is new so it needs to be broken in and the cushions were shipped vacuum sealed. Overall, I see this as a none issue but others might not. The packaging states to give the cushions 72 hrs to get shape but honestly, mine had great shape and looked amazing as soon as I took them out of the wrapping. Also, know that the chaise is detachable. You can put it on the left or right. Lastly, this was the fastest shipping I've ever seen. Amazon said a week delivery but it arrived in 3 days!!! ... show more

I wanted to redecorate my small apartment so I was looking for a very specific item. I had my heart and head set on a blue velvet couch with a chaise lounge that would fit nicely in a small living room space, along with a price range under $800 dollars. This proved to be an impossible feat, I search the internet for months, read hundreds of reviews and finally found what I was looking for here on Amazon. I was ready to hit purchase because I was so excited I finally found what I was looking for but decided to read the review, look at the pictures posted but something told me to research the seller because I had never heard of them and low and behold although I had finally found the couch of my dreams what I had been searching for, for months and the reviews of the seller was horrible, sketchy to say the least, bad BBB reviews, buyers had nothing good to say about the company, taken money with no product delivered, no return calls, emails from the company when people reached out so I wasn’t willing to take the risk even though there was one or two satisfied customers but $800 dollars was a lot of money to gamble with! So I decided to let it go and continue my search, just as I was going to give up my search and settle for my back up couch a grey velvet that I found on Amazon. But before I hit the button to purchase I did one last search, blue velvet couch with chaise lounge and low and behold it appeared like out of thin air, meant to be, so I quickly read the reviews, looked at the pictures, researched the company and this was it, everything was in place and for the price I was willing to pay! I couldn’t believe it and this time I hit purchase before it would disappear! Now it was time to find the perfect rug, throw pillows, couch throw, coffee table etc.. The only issue I had was with delivery, it came faster than I thought, they changed the delivery date and time without notifying me because it came earlier than was told and that I picked. So I made a call to Amazon, rescheduled the delivery date and time and before you know it, it was at my door. It was all in one box, no tools needed for assembly, directions were clear and I put together myself fairly easily, I would say in an hour or so but I took my time and only needed help once from someone to hold one end while I connected the opposite end and that was it! It was beautiful, it was comfortable, it was sturdy, soft, it was the perfect color, the perfect size for my living room and was a great price, less than $600 dollars, it was meant to be! And as you can see I found the perfect rug and pillows, I’m in love!! So if you are looking for a Blue velvet couch with a chaise lounge, this the couch for you!! ... show more

I’m really impressed with how nice this couch is. I’m so happy with how easy it was to assemble. It’s also really nice because you can move the sectional’s position the way your room is set up or you can detach the end and turn it into an ottoman simply by switching the cushions on the couch. It feels like a long lasting couch because of the great cushion quality unlike those other springy couches. The color and the fabric are great too! So far I have no complaints about this couch. I fell in love with this couch immediately as soon as I saw it online, measurements were a perfect fit and it was getting good reviews, so I decided to purchase it. When I received the shipment the box wasn’t damaged so I accepted it, but after we took all the parts out to assemble that’s when we noticed the puncture in the arm of the couch, we decided to assemble since we took everything out of the box and thinking I could call the customer help number on the instructions and they would send me a replacement arm, I called the number with the instruction booklet in hand so I could give him the part number hoping for a replacement and the guy sent me this long list of things they would need to replace it, so I decided not to pursue it. So cute and easy to assemble! Instructions said you would need two people and one hour to assemble but I was able to do it by myself in half an hour and I’m quite small and not particularly strong so if I can you it you can too! The size is perfect for my space and I love that you can move the chaise part which will make it easy to transition into different spaces as I move around.
