  • Sweet gaming rig
I got this on sale and for the price it's an awesome deal. Everything came super well put together, was packaged bomb proof, had awesome cable management, and runs very well. It's not loaded with a bunch of junk programs it's just a clean ready to go gaming pc. I did have a minor issue that support responded super quick to and got me taken care of ( thanks vitaliy ) I was really worried about buying a pre-built instead of building my own but I'm actually really glad I did, less headache and they managed it better than i would have anyways. ... show more

  • Missing pieces and good response from seller
I purchased the MPG Velox by MSI Gaming Desktop (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB, Intel 24-Core i9. The power cord and WIFI antennas are missing and the mouse is broken into multiple pieces. The keyboard has to be unplugged and plugged back in each time for it to function. The seller responded and shipped out the missing/broken pieces. All good. ... show more

  • My Motherboard Came Defective
Like many others here, I received a PC with defective parts. I initially contacted the customer service team within the first few weeks of receiving the machine because I suddenly began getting BSOD errors during regular usage. It got to the point where I got stuck in an infinite loop with Windows Update because it would attempt to install updates and BSOD midway and then restart and do the same. I ran Memtest86 and both the RAM modules failed (together and individually) so I contacted the customer support. They noted that it is extremely rare for you to have TWO bad RAM modules but for some reason they accepted that as enough testing and offered me an exchange. Not knowing any better because I've never had these kinds of hardware issues, I went with their suggestion only find that after about a month it failed in the exact same way. Now we have effectively wasted months of time trying to fix this issue by sending my a total of 6 RAM modules to try out (all of which failed the exact same way). It is only now that they are looking to take back my machine for further testing which really sucks because now they are expecting me to pay for the shipping. The customer service team has been nice but I feel like they have completely mismanaged this situation and the result is them expecting me to take the blame and eat the costs. This is my first time spending this much money on a machine like this and I was hoping that with that I could have a smoother experience. Instead, I've had an unstable machine for the entire time and maybe now when I send it back I can receive a proper machine afterwards. I'll update as the situation unfolds further, but for the time being I have to say that this has been a very poor experience for me as a customer. ... show more

  • Arrived Perfectly
I needed a new PC after my previous one died and this one had the cpu/gpu I wanted and could arrive within 2 days. I've had this PC for a few months now and it is still performing very well. It arrived in perfect condition with no parts damaged or out of place. The only things I would replace would be the ram and the HDD it came with. ... show more

  • Disappointed so far, and the PC doesn't work
It was shipped on time and was not damaged in transit. However. First of all, it just doesn't work. I would love to tell you about the PC build but I am locked out, by something called defaultuser0. I would like to call CUK and ask them, how should I proceed past this defaultuser0 lockout, but unfortunately they closed at 5pm eastern, so I am stuck until the next business day. The case fitment doesn't feel great. The usb and plug area at the back has a buckling/bulging metal cover. Also, the glass door hangs low in the frame. There are two thumb screws at the back which sit at a weird angle. Regarding the packaging - they supplied quite a lot of cables and little plugs but no explanation of what I am supposed to do with them, so hopefully they're just spares. All in all, I cannot recommend, but I'll update this review once I hear from them. I see, in a lot of reviews below, that people had to call CUK for support after their computer arrived. So, don't expect that they'll send you something immediately usable without some back and forth with tech support UPDATE - the following morning, I spend 1h:15m on the phone with CUK tech support. It turns out, the BIOS was wrong, something about the installed hard drives was wrong, and windows was not set up correctly. After an hour and fifteen, they hit a dead end, and I had to return the PC for a refund. I will shop with CUK's competitors. I don't think CUK have the organisational muscle, for shipping functional PCs out the door. Actually, the person on the phone tried to blame Amazon. Think about it - Amazon have a huge warehouse full of stuff. Over here are the plush toys, over there are bicycles, over here are the boxed PCs which Amazon ship out. The CUK rep told me that he thinks Amazon selected this PC box, unpackaged it carefully, plugged it in to power, started setting up Windows and then borked it, then carefully re-packaged everything for sale. It's totally unbelievable to me. CUK include a signed checklist of all the QA steps they took, and the specific issue I had, was supposed to be QA'd. So, either their QA is insufficient, or amazon are doing truly bizarre things in their warehouse. I do not think CUK have the institutional skills to ship out functioning products. Shop elsewhere. ... show more

  • Great System!
So far I am extremely happy with the product and it has performed above my expectations. Can't speak much on the tech support but it comes with a good warranty that I hope I don't have to use!!!
