1. The charging cord is not the one that came with the ipod 2. It's not wifi 3. How can it be 1 tb and not wifi 4. Why is it taking so long to get my refund..it didn't take a week in 1/2 for you to get yo $$$$

As others have said, it would be nice if there were some instructions included, and maybe some troubleshooting guides. I had trouble syncing this new iPod with my iTunes (for Windows), but it did work eventually. But you also need to know that the 1 terabyte of storage is illusory, at least for me. I was able to put almost twice the songs on this new iPod as on the 160gb iPod classic, but only that, and really only used about 1/3 of the 1TB drive. But I don't think it's an issue with the hardware. Rather it's the iTunes (for Windows?) software. If I tried to load all of my iTunes library on to the iPod, the iPod would do a hard reboot, and I had to go back and reinstall the software and upload all of my library (which takes about half a day). I found that the software can't seem to handle more than about 50,000 songs. So this admittedly is not an issue for most normal people, but music freaks like me will NOT get the full benefit of the storage space. So, if it's worth it to you to spend several hundred more dollars to get another 18,000 songs on your iPod, then this is a good deal. ... show more

When it arrived, it had a semi-full charge. I docked it for a full charge, and it initially lost power before going full overnight. None of the functions worked, however. I was preparing to send it back, but 2 days later, the functions magically started working. I have not yet loaded it. My work schedule has me home for 2 days every other week, so I'm in a 'wait' stage all the time. 500 bucks. I hope I'll not be SOL when I get home again to look into the matter. ... show more
