Mattress arrived promptly as expected, no where near 12” thick....it is generously 6” thick at most....maybe it will “expand” as time goes on? We will remove it and try to “fluff” in order to make it thicker. We have another Futon whose mattress is 8” thick, uniform and very comfortable...like a mattress. This one is lumpy, without form and not comfortable. (Photo on right is the new one ... show more
