Great product for the money. I originally just wanted the microphone only because they were about $40, but I was going to also get a tripod and some kind of phone grip also anyways, so I figure why not kill three birds with one stone. I bought the package and tested the microphone first. It was a bit confusing at first because there were two different 3.5mm audio cables; one was for cameras and the other one was for smartphones. Also, the different ends of the 3.5mm audio cable matters as well. They come with tags that specify where which end goes. It was my fault for not reading it clearly. The audio from the micro is great, not a $200 microphone great, but great for it's price point. I thought the tripod and phone grip were going to be plastic, but they turned out to be metal which is great for durabilty. I can't wait to start using to assist my phone in recording.

The mic itself offers great quality, however the plastic shoe that is used to hold the mic snapped on first use as we were trying to remove the mic from it. Amazon replaced it quickly so it worked out and we are now much gentler with it. However, don't expect a high quality shoe to hold the mic.

The tripod is metal and it’s great not only for recording in the field but great for indoor as well. Sounds quality is a great improvement compared to my internal iPhone mic. Especially when recording outside. I was able to record next to a busy street and it didn’t really pick it up. I think this is a great “budget” option if you’re looking to get into vlogging or streaming on the go. Especially if it’s on sale.

I have had this Movo Smartphone with Ring and mini tripod for a while now and I must say that I just love it. I like the way the tripod looks, although it is of a small size, the tripod has an attractive design and the material seems to be strong. The mic is simply awesome for interviews. I have tried expensive “shotguns” and let me tell you, there is no need; this Movo mic does the job very professional. I truly recommend a set up like the one I have if you want to do interviews or even for your own personal videos

For what you get it's really not that great. The quality of the plastic could have been more durable. although the stand came with more than one part. It could barely hold a iPhone 13 pro without leaning.

Been looking for any and every excuse to record with this kit. And tho few have come along the times that I have used it I love it. Originally purchased this to try my had at YouTube videos after seeing it on YouTube, but since find myself using it more and more for videos of functions with family and friends. All in all it’s a really get kit from the mic to the tripod and my favorite part of this kit the grip handle with mount. This kit is a steal at this price
