I recently started doing a lot more pilates and wow wow wow do these make a huge difference. They are light weight and super comfortable. I have tried to do the cheap route and buy cheaper ankle weights and it always lead to me not using them. These are also great for a walk to add some resistance! Love the soft pink color as well.

Considered the bala brand but this was similar style and cheaper. I really like them! Fit is great and customizable, you can even remove weights if you need to, Velcro isn't uncomfy like some ankle weights I have used and stays on well.

Okay. These are seriously AMAZING. I never thought that these small bands would be this helpful. I had become so out of shape and weak after COVID and I am just starting to get back into working out. These are awesome because they are so discrete, and they really do provide an additional strength training element to WHATEVER you want - Yoga, running, walking. I wear them on my ankles, wrists and arms. SUPER comfortable because they are adjustable. And the BEST part?? You can wear them around the house!! You can totally feel the difference of a mini workout all the time without feeling weighed down. I HIGHLY recommend these! Everyone that has seen mine is getting their own pair too. I bought it after I broke my foot and had to go through surgery. I had to recondition every muscle of my body after that and I ordered these so when I'm not at therapy I can work out by myself. I cant use them around my ankle as it is because I have a wound there still in progress but I love that the strap is elastic so I can wrap it around a higher zone of my leg. It's also great that you can take off or put on some of the parts depending on how light or heavy you need the workout to be. And plus they are really trendy. I love them. The only thing I'd change, hence the four ⭐ is that the straps could have more length especially for wide post-op ankles and slow-healing surgical wounds like in my case.

The media could not be loaded. These are absolutely kick ass. Beautifully made, sleek and high quality. I would purchase several pairs, but my only drawback is back is the fact there is no “stopper” to keep the weights from sliding off one of the ends if you aren’t careful. Otherwise, these are the best I’ve found ☺️.
