Exactly what I was looking for!! It was super easy to install too. I have a 2024 XP1000 6 seater Ranger. The connector was right under my driver seat IN PLAIN VIEW. I unplugged the seatbelt connector and plugged this thing in its place then used the supplied zip ties to secure it in place. Easy!! I don’t have a seatbelt light and the Ranger can make full power with ALL the seatbelts unbuckled. Works great!!

Took me 60 seconds to install on my 2026 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 without using any tools … once I figured out where it went, because this device came with NO instructions, and none of the associated videos helped. So here’s how on this particular Ranger: Flip up the passenger set to expose the tray that covers the battery. Lift out that tray and you’ll see the connector that connects the driver’s seat belt to the speed limiter - it has blue ends that match the override clip. Unsnap the 2 parts of the connector and push this override clip onto the only one of the two open connectors. Leave the other one empty. Be sure to push it all the way in so it clicks. Now YOU can decide about putting on your seatbelt. I always do when I am going “fast.”

This override does work on John Deere Gator with some modification to the harness. In order to work on a Gator, you need to carefully cut and remove the plastic divider separating the metal prongs. Otherwise, you will not be able to couple it to the wire harness on the Gator. Bypass works perfectly once you make the modification. I used a box cutter with new blade to cut the attached vertical side and then a small flat blade screw driver to pry out the center plastic piece.
