That was not the problem, it needed major work on inside of watch. To make a long story short, this seller was NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER!!! They refused to help me. I've worn a women's Movado for nearly 20 years. What you are calling a women's watch now comes across very strongly as a man's watch. Much bigger face. Thick, heavy band that doesn't confirm to my wrist. Oversized and masculine. I was inclined to return it as soon as I received it but have had many things delayed and lost in shipping during Covid.
