I’m genuinely surprised and disappointed that a company as reputable as Movado is selling a product that looks significantly different from the images shown online. The main issue is the dial and overall color of the watch. In reality, the watch is much darker than what’s shown in the Amazon pictures. The dial in the promotional images appears clear, with all digits, markers, and labels easily visible. However, the actual watch has poor visibility—it’s difficult to read the date, day, or even see the smaller hands on the dial. The contrast and clarity shown in the pictures are simply not present in the real product. It’s hard to believe that Movado isn’t aware of this discrepancy. The photos are clearly polished and enhanced, which raises the question: why present the product this way if it doesn’t match the reality? It feels misleading, and unfortunately, it gives the impression of a minor scam. I purchased the watch in the USA and had it delivered to Ukraine via a courier service, so returning it would be complicated. Still, I believe this issue deserves attention. I will be contacting Amazon to report the discrepancy and request that they investigate and take appropriate action. ... show more
