Poor quality. Looked great out of the box, after three times being worn the ring details fell off the face and inhibit the hands from moving. Movado charges $570 to repair, apparently their warranty doesn't cover anything. Amazon said I waited too long to return it so I'm out $1,054 for a watch that doesn't work. Thanks Amazon, thanks Movado. At least now I know to never buy another Movado. UPDATE: Movado reached out, asked me to send the watch to them, they paid for the shipping. After week or so a Danielle Zapata contacted me, apologized for the initial response and is sending a replacement watch. It is a beautiful watch and prior to this I never had an issue but the first response from Movado left me hot and to be fair it was weeks before Ms. Zapata reached out. Anyhow, they made good and I look forward to wearing this watch, it is an eye catcher, and placing it next to my other Movado's. ... show more
