The product itself is Was great, but the installation is where we had a problem. the Screws that come with the product are flat bottom screws not pointed so you definitely can’t use them for the wall. The wall mount also didn’t come with any anchors for the screws. So we went to Home Depot and was able to put it up. It is very sturdy since my father actually hanged on it. I have setup other similar TV wall mounts, so I am familiar with the setup process. This item included many extra rings and tools to help setup the mount for the right TV. I set this up with my Vizio 55". I made sure to mount it to a wooden stud as opposed to using drywall anchors. The pull cords hang down past the TV, making them noticeable, so if you don't like seeing that, then this might not be for you. I personally didn't mind that they are visible; it makes it easier to pull them when I want to take the TV off. ... show more
