I needed to add a laptop to my studio, but was limited on space. This stand was exactly what I needed. The overall height of the arms on the stand is adjustable, so it will clear items on my work table and the retractable arms lets me move my laptop closer when I need it. Feels very sturdy and was easy to put together. The tension on the arms is adjustable so you can set it in the correct resistance for the weight of your equipment. The cord keeper has 2 spots for the included hex keys so they are always handy if you need to make adjustments. The only improvement needed was a patch of Velcro on each side to hold the laptop a bit more secure. (Hint: don't use just 1 Velcro in the middle or your laptop will rock a bit side to side.)

For $30 dollars this double monitor / laptop mount is worth it. Product has been in use for 3 months and set up using the grommet mount. The stand for the laptop is not perfect, I would not use with laptop in excess of 7 pounds.

Picks that big monitor right up off the desktop - and lets you move in closer, or push it away! My friend bought one a month ago....since I was getting a new laptop to pair with my desktop, I went for this model. Purchased during Prime days in October, it was almost 1/2 price.
