  • Great resource
Format: Paperback
The book itself is a great resource for someone who's not been to Moab but is tentatively planning a mountain biking adventure there. My main reason for reviewing is to give the seller, Christina's Books, a 5-star review. The book was advertised as "good condition--used with wear on the cover". Not only did the book arrive 2 days after I ordered it, which was lightning fast, it looks like a brand new, never used book with absolutely no signs of wear inside or outside. I highly recommend purchasing from this seller. I will certainly do so again if the opportunity/need arises. Thank you, Christina's Books! ... show more

  • Great Description of Moab Trails
Format: Kindle
Great book with updates from his previous version, as soon as I saw that Amazon had this listed, the book was ordered before the publisher made it available. There are many new trails in Moab and this book is up to date in regards to the time it was published. Obviously, some trails like Navaho Rocks were finished after the book so are not included. This book is a nice compliment to help describe the trails and plan the next trip. David's description of the trails is very accurate in regards to difficulty and skill set. Highly recommend this book, well worth the few bucks and it and fits easily into a backpack or pocket. ... show more

  • Compact & Comprehensive
This guide is super concise, just the info you need and not much fluff. The descriptions are accurate and the directions easy to follow. We’ve ridden in moab for over 20 years so we know it well, but they’ve put in over 100 miles of new trails in the last few years and this guide helps us explore new terrain. BEST OF ALL it’s small enough to bring in your hydration pack so you bring it with you helping to keep your epics to a minimum ... show more

  • Good book, easy to follow directions
Good book, easy to follow directions. The trail systems in Moab are continually growing and changing, so the newer the book the better. While the classic trails remain the same, sometimes the access information has changed. We used this book on our latest trip to Moab and found it to be accurate and nice to have along. I recommend a bicycle odometer to get the most out of the trail directions in the book, as the author uses exact mileage. ... show more

  • It does have the new stuff
Format: Paperback
Just wanted to mention that the review below is out of date and refers to an old edition. This book is a new version that has the newer trails.
