After rolling twice, it snapped open again and the two metal bits poked my face. Got my husband to put the roller in and push the two metal sides in hard, with all his strength. Looking at some of the reviews and the quality of other products, I didn't want to go with the crowd; therefore, when I came across this roller set, I wanted something different. There are some plastic stoppers on the sides to hold it in place that I cannot get to go back in, so it now rattles around much more loudly than it should when I use it.
