I bought this screw set because my Samsung 65 inch TV didn't come with screws for mounting a bracket onto the TV, for eventual mounting onto the wall. And because the screws have to be a precise length (and pitch), so as not to protrude into the screen itself (or strip the threads), it was paramount that I order a set of screws with the exact length and pitch as specified by Samsung. The screws in the set appear to be of very high quality and worked exactly as required. My TV is safely mounted on the wall thanks to the 4 screws I obtained from this set. The price was also another factor I liked this set. I now have several other sets of screws in the event I buy another TV and it happens to call for a length and pitch for one of the sets I have left. I highly recommend this screw set!

Weird length screws needed to mount new Samsung tv. Needed two short and two long 8mm which were in this set and many more sizes for future projects. Screws are good quality at a great price and were shipped overnight so we could mount quickly to our old but sturdy wall mount. Glad to find and get them.

This kit holds replacement bolts and nuts for VESA TV mounting hardware. If you have lost some of yours, or have a new TV that doesn't have the hardware you need, this will get you covered. It has all the common bolt types in a variety of lengths, and some useful extenders if they're not exactly right. The downside is that you almost never need more than 4 of these things, and with this kit you're paying for dozens. You will inevitably be left with almost the entire kit unused. I would have preferred to pay just a few dollars for a small kit with exactly what I needed. But, it's not very expensive, and you can be sure it contains what you need.

With this kit and bracket adapters similar to VideoSecu TV Mount Adapter Bracket Extension LED LCD Plasma Mount Accessory VESA 100mm to VESA 200mm, 200x100mm Extender MLE100B W39, I was able to salvage an old TV mount for our new Samsung UN50NU7100 Flat 50" 4K UHD 7 Series Smart TV 2018 (200x200 VESA configuration). By doing so, I was able to reuse the old mount and save myself a lot of work. I really didn't want to drill new holes in the wall. Based on the confusing Samsung specs, I was pretty sure I needed four M8x40mm, but didn't want to take chances. Indeed, I'm so glad I bought this kit because my hunch was wrong! Buying just the four screws was about $7 or $8. What's $3 more to make sure you don't get it wrong? It turns out I needed the 45mm M8's. Ended up not needing the majority of the parts due to a different component not working however will be keeping as they are good quality and the wide variety can come in handy for monitors and TV's

The screws I needed to mount the TV were NOT included, so I had to go to the hardware store anyway. The size and length are standard metric, just not part of this packaged deal.
