This not only comes with HDMI cable and level, but also many extra bolts and nuts to attach different TVs. Also came with wrenches to adjust swivel. Thus, you just need a drill, 3/16 drill bit, pencil, and phillips screw driver or socket set to screw lag bolt in the wall. Best to use socket so as not to strip out top of bolt. Wish bolt was black to blend in better. Wish it did have some ties or ways to tie off cables to the arm. Says it extends out 20 inch but I measured 19. The tilt is difficult to adjust since the allen bolt is blocked by the swivel bracket--had to swivel it around. Put on a 32 inch Vizio and allows TV to swing out and turn TV 90 degrees to the wall since it swings out. Very well made and strong.     • Quick and Easy Setup, Well Made
Very nicely made mount. I've done (with this one) 3 wall mounts and this has been the easiest so far. Simply unbolt the piece that goes on the wall, screw it to the wall with the included lag bolts, and bot it back up to the rest of the unit. When it's time to put the TV on, simply unbolt the VESA plate, attach it to the TV and drop the one bolt thru the hole in the swing arm to secure the TV. They give you more than enough hardware, even two Allen wrenches and an open end wrench. The only drawback is that the HDMI cable is only 6", not long enough for most installations, but a nice touch anyway. Works well and holds the 37" TV and the right angle in the bedroom to keep the tv out of the way and angle to let us watch from bed without our toes getting in the way any longer or requiring us to sit/lay at odd angles to watch tv before going to sleep. Works very well and the small level came in handy as it fit perfectly on the arms of the mount to allow me to ensure it was level. This was a nice little addition that came in handy, my other level was only a inch or two longer and would not stay in place. ... show more

    • It's a Great Full Motion TV Mount for the Price
It's affordable, easy to install, hardy, and moves smoothly. It's a lot better than the mounts that use a ball for tilting movements. The only issue I have with this mount it's tilting mechanism. You got to loosen one fasteners on left and right side, tilt it to the angle you want and than re-tighten the fasteners on each side. The process is just kind of complex and hard to maneuver without get your hands all over the screen and you never get the angle you were aiming for. I just wish the tilting mechanism was easier to use, but for the price it's fine. ... show more

I mounted my 32 inch TV from MAG on this. My old MAG TV has got to be from 2007 or so,and is pretty heavy. It has a 200 x 400 Vesa layout, and this worked perectly. The manual was okay, I had to look back here to see better pictures of the assembled unit in order to make sure I was adding the extension arms properly. One thing to note when using hte extension arms, try to center your tv on them. If you are off cneter you could ahve a bit of a sag on one side depending on how tight the bolts on the arm are. I have mine off center so that the TV comes out further from the wall. The provided lag bolts tightened right into the wall stud and holds this nice and tight, with no bowing of the mount. High quality product made of steel. Mount feels and looks very solid. The joints of the mount are solid and feel stiff which made movement easy but holds the TV in place no matter he position with little play/movement. Installation of the mount to the wall was fairly quick and painless (approx 30-45 mins) into a stud. Mounting the TV to the mount was also very easy since it mounted directly without the extension arms. Directions were perfect and easy to read. After mounting my friend (approx. 160lbs) hung from the mount without movement. TV looks great and is easy to put in any position for a perfect viewing experience. The mount/TV sits close to the wall when fully closed. Overall great product. I would recommend this to anyone. ... show more

In truth, I did not mount this myself. However, our handyman did and was pleased with the quality and had no trouble installing it quickly. We used it with a 22" flat screen, and it was perfect. One of the things we like best is that it pushes back tightly against the wall when not in use, so we don't bump into it when entering the room. Very pleased and a great buy for the money.     • HORRIBLE PAIN to hold them in with your fingers or ...
I don't take the time very often to write reviews but wanted to let others know about some of the issues we had that resulted in us returning the two we purchased. It's important to note that we have a 50" TV which the description says we should have not problem using this mount. This was NOT the case at all. However, our first issue was connecting the extension pieces to the vesa mount. The extensions require 2 bolts each with a flat rounded head so the mount will fit close to the back of the TV and each of them have a square on the underside of the head to keep from spinning when tightening. HORRIBLE PAIN to hold them in with your fingers or vise grips (which scratch) to tighten!!! Remember there are 2 each which makes 8 fun times till finished. After this painstaking time you move to attaching it to the back of your TV and the wall. The single mount bracket works like any other as far as attaching it to the wall with lag bolts but the arm IS one piece as others have mentioned. It isn't that difficult to take it apart at the junction of the two pieces extending from the wall and the one that extends BUT what is the absolute worse design I've ever seen is where the swivel hold the TV from dropping down. You can see the front of the 'ball" dead center of the vesa mount in the pictures. There are three bolts with springs on them that are supposed to simultaneously tighten to hold the TV from moving. My son and I tightened them OFF of the arm angling as far up as possible to attempt to mount and keep the TV facing up vs. pointing toward the floor. It did NOT work at all due to the weight of our TV. Those were the painful parts of this product. The best part of the process (other than the wasted time) was that I was able to ship them both back free and already received my refund. We even sent one back with the extension piece bent over as we couldn't get it off no matter how hard we tried. It had the square headed bolts that I described above. My final assessment is that this mount could most definitely be improved to make it easier for the consumer to assemble but most importantly change the type of "swivel ball" that hold the TV adjustment. Also, change the description to reflect the proper size. This is NOT sturdy enough for a 50" TV at all!!! I hope this review helps others and the company making these mounts. ... show more
