    • Almost perfect, but the arms could be longer
Alotgether, it's pretty great. The assembly is a little awkward if you don't have someone else to help you keep it in place, but the instructions provided help you to figure out what size drill bit you need, which helps out a lot. The actual motion is solid. They might seem flimsy at first, but you're able to tighten them fairly easily. That being said, if you were able to adjust the arm length or even just make the arms a bit longer, it'd probably be the ultimate wall mount for all monitors, bar none. For reference, I have a 21:9 and a 16:9 monitor, and both of them are held perfectly with a bit of adjustment, but when I try to move my monitors up and away from my desk, they tend to clash because they're so close. If the arms were just an inch or so longer, I think this complaint would be resolved entirely, and I'd easily give this a 5/5. Perhaps a newer model will resolve this, but that's where it stands currently. ... show more

This mount works great and is sturdy and should deserve 5 stars, but I highly* recommend using different screws. The ones it comes with are soft metal and stripped as I was installing. I had to use a ratchet to remove, and then used my own lag screws to install. The only other complaint I have is that I cannot vertically stack my 2 27" monitors. Aside from these few grievances, I like the mount so much, I ordered another one for a 3rd monitor. ... show more

    • It keeps dropping my monitor
It says it will hold 32" monitors. I have (2) 32" LG Monitors. It takes pretty much the whole length of the arm to keep them from touching, but that was expected. The problem I do have is that the arm on the right when facing it keeps dropping my monitor 6" to the desk top. If I don't bump it, If I hold it in place for a period of time it will stay up. If I have to do anything with the cords or try to look at the back of the monitor it falls. The one on the left (same monitor) does not have this problem. Once the right one falls it keeps falling until I hold it in place long enough for whatever friction that exists to finally take hold and keep the tenuous position. The mounting to the wall is pretty aggressive. Three sizable lag bolts all together in a single vertical stud. The two top ones are side by side but staggered vertically about 3/8" of an inch. Given that, once I got it drilled and mounted I hate to take it back down and try and replace it. I feel like the stud is a bit like Swiss cheese at this point and the screws are keeping it together, not the other way around. ... show more

It didn’t work to raider and lower two 32 Visio tv’s used as monitors. I’m sure it’s fine. I just put it beyond it’s limits. I was hoping to use it at a table that goes up and down. So I ended up using to single mounts.

This would be a five star but they lied in that it could hold almost 20 lbs the box only said about 17.5 but it’s all good since my monitor is 12 lbs without the stand

Very sturdy, easy to assemble and I love having extra room on my desk. The only thing I don’t like is that my two screens cannot stay close together, yet closer to the wall...the arms just don’t move that way.
