  • Very well built
Style: 1 Pack
I’ve used plenty of other brands. These seem to be built very well and I have two of them that have lasted 2 years so far. Still going strong.

  • Lasts ONLY 3 days after Full Charge/Not Worth It
Style: 1 Pack
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Because I have several Moultrie edge 2 cameras Functionality: This product after a full charge only lasted 3 days in the field for me. I recharged at home and deployed again. Another 3 days dead again. Moultrie makes great trail cameras but solar panels… not so much. My tactacam solar lasts over a month at a time in a spot that gets no son. I hope Moultrie will do more research and work on their solar panels because I really do like their cameras and how they make it where the solar can lock in cam and lock in solar so it can’t get yanked out by squirrels. Just need solar to last much much much longer. ... show more

  • Great add-on for sites with sky visibility
Style: 2 Pack
Great addition to the Tech buildout for next season. 3500mAh battery is part of the device, but another battery is still recommended for the camera itself (giving 7000mAh total). I'm still working out how many more Solar panels to buy, and the number and size of camera batteries.

  • Great but not great
Style: 1 Pack
Battery charge on the 3.4w does not last during the winter in the mountains of Oregon. I put in direct line of the sun. However…functionally, they only lasted 9-12 days. Even when slightly overcast and still bright…. Did not charge. The entire reason I got these was to not have to drive out in the mountains and deep snow and snowshoe into where I had these. I missed out on who knows how many animals. That being said…. I do however like these for late spring to early fall use when we get lots of direct sun. You can also have these laying at camp and then plug into them and charge your phone. (If sunny) As for value for the money??? I would spend just a bit more money and get the 10w. ... show more

  • This is a must if you have the Moultrie Edge
Style: 1 Pack
If you use the Moultrie Edge cellular camera then this solar panel will pay for itself in one hunting season. My Edge cameras were needing new AA batteries every other week. Depending on the brand of batteries, the cost was around $5 to $8 per camera every time I had to change them. That cost adds up quickly, especially when the batteries go dead and you're still paying for the monthly subscription. I've installed four of these panels so far. The cost savings is great, but the convenience of not having to take the time to swap batteries or worry about dead cameras is the real advantage. ... show more
