  • It can be a little bit challenging
Style: Heavy Truck Engine
Transmission section is a little bit difficult other than that just takes time

  • Useless
Style: Heavy Truck Engine
Buyer beware. Did not come with instructions and the QR code on the box is useless. Essentially, I bought a box full of bricks and pieces that are getting thrown into a bin full of randoms.

  • I 5 engine with rough instructions and flimsy finishes.
Style: Heavy Truck Engine
This is in-line five cylinder engine, not a V style. The instructions are rough. Just take your time so you don't need to undo things. The battery box is not serviceable and a lot of the detail items fall off with the slightest touch. Other than that, it is a neat model.

  • Good for price and challenge
Style: Heavy Truck Engine
Very good for the price of it. It does need batteries though, but it’s a good build if you have big hands and a challenge

  • Looks cool, pretty unstable design
Style: Heavy Truck Engine
The media could not be loaded. When completed this set looks cool, and it functions decently well though you do have to fight with it a bit to get it into the highest gear. Unfortunately this set wasn't well designed so actually building it takes a lot of patience. First off, there is a mistake in the directions. Around step 500 there is a misprint. And they are aware of it because rather than fix their mistake they just threw a tiny sheet that shows the correction. It isn't even stuck in the book, but thrown in the box. I missed this sheet, so by the time I realized my mistake I had to figure out how to fix it without tearing apart 45 minutes worth of work. My second issue is all the "piping" around the motor. Most of it is held on by very flimsy connection points that are barely seated, so a little bump when just moving it around can cause parts to falling off. At one point my son stepped on the floor near it and that vibration was enough to make a section of piping to fall off. My last complaint is with the pieces themselves. For some reason this set takes pieces that would a single solid piece in other sets and makes them multiple pieces that you then have to squeeze together. I'm not sure if this is to pad out their piece count or what, but makes unnecessary work, especially when some of those pieces don't want to fit together very well. I had to get pliers at one point to get some of them properly connected. Overall, while it's neat watching the motor run, the frustration of the build and unstable it is makes it not worth the hassle in my opinion. ... show more
