It came on time, but we are bummed because it came damaged. Box is pretty beat up and there are some deep scratches. We don't have time to return it. But at least the piano works. Sound is decent.

This was a Christmas gift for our grandson. We knew we didn't want a huge and heavy piano because they're too hard to get rid of. We've been searching for a piano compatible and equipped to have our grandson continue his lessons w/out using a mobile keyboard. This was perfect. It's easy to put together and granted it's digital, but it works great for those just starting off. It's easy to move, wood is nice and sturdy, and my grandson loves it. It does NOT have a cover. But it was the perfect piano for my daughter. A bit disappointed I will have to look for a cover elsewhere. I found the method for changing the sounds to be confusing, but my daughter is happy with it.

    • Quality sound, lightweight, feels like a regular piano!
I am currently re-learning to play the piano and this electric piano is just what I wanted. My husband & I put it together and can move it without help! With a regular piano, we would need four men to help my husband move the piano from the old owner’s house to our house.

This is a beautiful piano. It looks great, sounds great and adds a bit of class to the room. The only issue I had was connecting the "Sustain" cord. The instructions say it connects on the BACK panel of the keyboard. I found the connection UNDERNEATH the keyboard towards the back. The bench is small, but serves the purpose. ... show more

The keyboard portion of this item is exactly what I expected. I bought it so I could have a full-size keyboard that sounds reasonably close to an actual piano, and this does so. However, I also bought it with the furniture stand (as a unit) because I wanted the look of a real piano and the use of the sustain pedal. After getting the entire thing assembled (relatively easily) I went to hook up the sustain pedal that is attached to the lower portion of the furniture stand to the keyboard and found that there was no way the connection would work - see pictures. I emailed the customer service address provided in the manual a week ago and have gotten no response. In the meantime, I was able to purchase two adapters that, when combined, allow me to connect the sustain pedal. But, it should have been compatible in the first place, and they should have responded to my question about how to resolve the situation. ... show more

I grew up in the 1970's+ on a regular piano and was skeptical of getting a digital piano. Once we set it up and started to play scales, it brought back happy memories of learning how to play.
