This tablet is easy to use. It is very light-weight. Instructions are easy to follow. Adding additional applications to your tablet is simple. Tablet give users ability if they have android phone to copy from that device to your tablet. For iphone users, you just start with adding your google account. The best feature is that it is easy to read. The lighting and size of the font on the tablet makes is a pleasant experience for senior citizens. Highly recommend.

Had it for about 6 months, nothing but issues. Very disappointed in the performance of this tablet. Currently, it will not update and nothing will open. Always issues with recognizing SD card. Have had to do 3 factory resets in 6 months because it keeps failing. -not recommended

I wanted to like this, but it is SO SLOW loading apps. It takes over a minute to load something like clash of clans or Facebook. Also came in slightly damaged. I will keep it for the price, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again. I only recommend it for a kid or someone with extra time to wait for things to load.
