    • Great bike. Customer service isn't great.
Instructions aren't super clear for assembly but with a minor amount of mechanical inclination it's not difficult. The bike works great and my little guy loves it. The battery shakes and contacts bolts sticking through from the bottom of the seat, could be problematic in the long run. The bike was missing a bolt which holds the front brake disc onto the hub. I contacted customer service and the representative told me to go to the hardware store. Pretty lousy. Also said he had never heard of the battery movement, left it at that. If you're looking for one of these bikes, I would recommend a different manufacturer. ... show more

    • Easy to assemble. Perfect for my 6 year old

I think it's a great product. I even took it for a ride myself. Not a fan of the slowest setting but I could understand for a younger kids but may be a little large for younger than 6. I have the pro 1000 watt edition for my 7 year old and there's decent size difference.
