This is my first smart flip phone and I'm already in love. Note that in the listing it does say "AT&T Unlocked." Some reported issues in reviews however I just put my sim card in, powered on the phone, went through setup, and everything just worked so yes, these are unlocked devices. The price for last year's Motorola flagship is great, even as a refurbished device. Mine was stated as in 'excellent' condition and it looks brand new, not a knick or scratch or anything on it. The vegan leather backing feels great in your hand however I always opt to put mine in a case for added protection. The 4" external display is amazing....apps just work on the external display without any issue. I watch a lot of stream on Twitch and I can watch them on the external display! I imagine that I'm rarely gonna need to actually open the phone to do what I need to do on my phone. I am in absolute love with this phone. I had one of the original Razr's back in the day and Motorola is truly following up their past excellence with this rebirth of the Razr. Just get this phone!!!! ... show more

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone, a flip phone especially, but I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. I bought an "excellent" grade refurbished 2024 Razr Plus and it is indistinguishable from a brand new phone from the manufacturer cosmetically. The phone performs perfectly as well. No issues at all. This is also a ridiculously cool phone. I am switching from a S24 that was working just fine but I was bored with slab phones. This phone is actually crazy fun and interesting to use. I am keeping my S24 as backup just in case this one develops issues, which it may as this is still newish tech and flip phone durability just isn't as good as a slab phone. However, I will absolutely love every minute of using this Razr Plus 2024 until it breaks. -- I never post reviews as I am lazy, but I just had to for this awesome and fun phone. ... show more

Device came and was in great condition. Unfortunately the WiFi on the device did not work properly as well as the device being carrier locked despite purchasing and unlocked device. I couldn’t even update the phone or troubleshoot…since the WiFi didn’t work. Would put 0 stars if I could. Such a waste of time considering it’s the holidays and now I have to deal with the refund process. ... show more

I'm loving this phone, a first for me. Arrived like new as described. with a nice charging cable but without the 45w block, no surprise, I'm using the 30w from my last phone, it's enough. Runs Android 15. The design is well thought out and the build is sturdy so far, survived being (medium?)dropped a couple times unscathed. It has many features other phones don't and is a definite upgrade from my 2024 Moto stylus 4G which was super tough. This phone warns against adding a screen protector, seems better than the screen with one on my last phone anyway, and avoid closing it with stuff in it. The hinge is sturdy, protected and mostly self cleaning. I really like that it fits in my pocket and use it closed most of the time, the front screen is great and the bottom half has added texturing, slightly rubbery. When I let it close under the hinges tension it makes a distinctive clack sound that reminds me of a compact, explains the feminine ads and purse like cases ,maybe, I like it. Has a great camera, the camcorder feature is handy and it is its own tripod, quite convenient. Decent speakers no headphone jack. Five stars is reserved for my dream phone which does not exist but I do recommend this one if you want a folding smartphone. ... show more

Great phone! I must admit when it said I didn't have an AT&T sim card my heart sank because it said it was unlocked in the description. So I began the process again this time when it asked me to insert an AT&T sim card I clicked the skip button at the bottom of the screen. Went through the whole process on my wifi. Then I shut off the phone and inserted my US Mobile sim card. Turned on the phone and my sim card connected no problem. I hope this helps. ... show more
