This is my first smart flip phone and I'm already in love. Note that in the listing it does say "AT&T Unlocked." Some reported issues in reviews however I just put my sim card in, powered on the phone, went through setup, and everything just worked so yes, these are unlocked devices. The price for last year's Motorola flagship is great, even as a refurbished device. Mine was stated as in 'excellent' condition and it looks brand new, not a knick or scratch or anything on it. The vegan leather backing feels great in your hand however I always opt to put mine in a case for added protection. The 4" external display is amazing....apps just work on the external display without any issue. I watch a lot of stream on Twitch and I can watch them on the external display! I imagine that I'm rarely gonna need to actually open the phone to do what I need to do on my phone. I am in absolute love with this phone. I had one of the original Razr's back in the day and Motorola is truly following up their past excellence with this rebirth of the Razr. Just get this phone!!!! ... show more

Great product. I was concerned of the packaging, but it came in double bubble wrap. I do not see any scratches on the phone, so that's a plus as well. Great quality on the phone, camera, and screen quality/size, definitely worth buying again.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone, a flip phone especially, but I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. I bought an "excellent" grade refurbished 2024 Razr Plus and it is indistinguishable from a brand new phone from the manufacturer cosmetically. The phone performs perfectly as well. No issues at all. This is also a ridiculously cool phone. I am switching from a S24 that was working just fine but I was bored with slab phones. This phone is actually crazy fun and interesting to use. I am keeping my S24 as backup just in case this one develops issues, which it may as this is still newish tech and flip phone durability just isn't as good as a slab phone. However, I will absolutely love every minute of using this Razr Plus 2024 until it breaks. -- I never post reviews as I am lazy, but I just had to for this awesome and fun phone. ... show more

Great phone! I must admit when it said I didn't have an AT&T sim card my heart sank because it said it was unlocked in the description. So I began the process again this time when it asked me to insert an AT&T sim card I clicked the skip button at the bottom of the screen. Went through the whole process on my wifi. Then I shut off the phone and inserted my US Mobile sim card. Turned on the phone and my sim card connected no problem. I hope this helps. ... show more

This phone is not unlocked. I had to go through at least 10 different phone calls to AT&T to FINALLY reach an agent who unlocked the phone. After that hour of time spent unlocking it, the phone started displaying green and pink vertical lines every time I opened the phone after having it closed for a bit. That is a hardware issue when I literally hadn't even used the phone. I go to plug it in at 20% bc I needed to factory reset it so I could process a replacement all the time out IT DOESN'T CHARGE. It constantly would act as if I was plugging and unplugging the phone and it couldn't charge. I put in a replacement order that they will be replacing for free and I'll be returning this one. If the replacement is good and it works how it's expected (basically new bc that's how I ordered it), I will update this with an updated viewpoint. As for now, I am extremely disappointed. UPDATE: I got the replacement phone and have been using it for a few days now. It game in with a minor scuff at the bottom left corner, but that's ok. I have a case on it anyway. I found out these phones can only handle about 45watts and the charger i was using was too high in watts so I ordered the Motorola cable and it charges perfectly fine. It also charges fine with a portable charger too. The battery lasts a good amount of time and charges relatively quick. This phone doesn't appear to have hinge damage like the first one did as there are no vertical lines. Both displays work well. There were minor scuffs on the outer display, but I don't mind that, I just put a protector on it to prevent any more scuffs. I am only giving 4 stars because the phone is still an AT&T one that has the AT&T bloat. I have a T-Mobile SIM and I have not had any service issues as of so far. It appears as though it's not carrier locked, but I have not tested. I know my service has connected at AT&T towers before, but I don't quite know how that works.
