This is my first smart flip phone and I'm already in love. Note that in the listing it does say "AT&T Unlocked." Some reported issues in reviews however I just put my sim card in, powered on the phone, went through setup, and everything just worked so yes, these are unlocked devices. The price for last year's Motorola flagship is great, even as a refurbished device. Mine was stated as in 'excellent' condition and it looks brand new, not a knick or scratch or anything on it. The vegan leather backing feels great in your hand however I always opt to put mine in a case for added protection. The 4" external display is amazing....apps just work on the external display without any issue. I watch a lot of stream on Twitch and I can watch them on the external display! I imagine that I'm rarely gonna need to actually open the phone to do what I need to do on my phone. I am in absolute love with this phone. I had one of the original Razr's back in the day and Motorola is truly following up their past excellence with this rebirth of the Razr. Just get this phone!!!! ... show more

The pone is not unlocked and unable to be unlocked by carrier of orgin. Support doesn't pick up the phone or respond to text. Phone possibly "HOT" !!! DO NOT BUY THIS. ITS A GAMBLE AT BEST

This phone is not unlocked. I had to go through at least 10 different phone calls to AT&T to FINALLY reach an agent who unlocked the phone. After that hour of time spent unlocking it, the phone started displaying green and pink vertical lines every time I opened the phone after having it closed for a bit. That is a hardware issue when I literally hadn't even used the phone. I go to plug it in at 20% bc I needed to factory reset it so I could process a replacement all the time out IT DOESN'T CHARGE. It constantly would act as if I was plugging and unplugging the phone and it couldn't charge. I put in a replacement order that they will be replacing for free and I'll be returning this one. If the replacement is good and it works how it's expected (basically new bc that's how I ordered it), I will update this with an updated viewpoint. As for now, I am extremely disappointed. UPDATE: I got the replacement phone and have been using it for a few days now. It game in with a minor scuff at the bottom left corner, but that's ok. I have a case on it anyway. I found out these phones can only handle about 45watts and the charger i was using was too high in watts so I ordered the Motorola cable and it charges perfectly fine. It also charges fine with a portable charger too. The battery lasts a good amount of time and charges relatively quick. This phone doesn't appear to have hinge damage like the first one did as there are no vertical lines. Both displays work well. There were minor scuffs on the outer display, but I don't mind that, I just put a protector on it to prevent any more scuffs. I am only giving 4 stars because the phone is still an AT&T one that has the AT&T bloat. I have a T-Mobile SIM and I have not had any service issues as of so far. It appears as though it's not carrier locked, but I have not tested. I know my service has connected at AT&T towers before, but I don't quite know how that works. I just received my Moto Razr + 2024. After inserting my sim card, my cell service was immediately available. The phone may be branded for AT&T, but it is unlocked as my cell service provider is not AT&T. The branding does not affect my cell service at all. So far, the phone has been excellent for me. This phone is amazing. Coming from an iPhone, I welcome all the improvements offered here, like a high refresh rate on my internal and external screen- Or the excellent camera. And the incredible battery life. And the beautiful bright screens. Google Wallet works seamlessly, even with the device closed. 45watt turbo charging. On sale (renewed) for $389, I couldn't resist- and I'm glad I didn't. I've owned a Samsung Z flip 3 in the past, which really didn't meet the moment, and I eventually switched to iPhone. Come to today, the Moto Razr 2024+ absolutely blows the Samsung out of the water, especially in terms of practicality. The external screen is actually usable, you're not limited to any special widgets or apps. Highly recommend, especially if you can snag it for $389 like I did.
