Went from a $1k Pixel 8 Pro to this thing. I was looking for a smaller phone, and it seems nowadays this is the only way to do it. I LOVE it. Buying a new phone hasn't seemed like a new experience in a very long time. I love finding apps that work great on the front screen. I love the soft back so I don't have to worry about scratching it. I love the compliments I get from everyone on my "super cool phone." I'm not going to sit here and say this is the most advanced phone of all time. But its cool, and fun to use.     • Good phone, confusing activation process

The actual phone itself once I got it all setup is great. I love smart flip phones because they fold up and are tiny in my pocket and I don't feel the need to use the phone as much. It comes with much less bloatware than the Samsung flip and it's easier to uninstall/disable than the Samsung I had before this. This phone will give you a more basic android experience if you're looking for it like I was. However, I struggled initially with this phone because the mobile network carrier setup process was so confusing and didn't work in some ways. When trying to setup my Verizon esim I got an error message on the phone to contact TMobile which made me think the phone was locked to TMobile. I couldn't do the self-service esim activation because I would get an error MULTIPLE times. When I called Verizon the first time they tried a setup and when I got the error they said the phone must be locked, I called TMobile then and they said I should just return the phone because it was probably locked (mind you they didn't even try to run the phone ID through their system, ugh). The second time I called Verizon a new agent tried something different and it worked! The only thing that worked was a QR code based setup, ASK YOUR MOBILE CARRIER TO DO THE QR CODE BASED SETUP if you are having issues. Taking off one star for the bloatware from Motorola (even though it's better than Samsung's) because it's useless and annoying to uninstall. ... show more

This phone arrived in immaculate condition. It works much better than I had hoped. It has much better signal than the Samsung S22 Ultra that I had been using. Works in locations that I had NO service in before. Haven't had a Razr since the original version and I'm very happy with it again. Kind of lacks in the camera features, but I am not that displeased. New learning curve in getting used to a Motorola Smart Phone, but not TOO different or difficult. Battery life is really good as I can get a couple of days out of it. Slightly narrow compared to the Samsung, but makes it easier to handle. Feels like a decent quality phone for the money. ... show more

I bought my refurbished phone a few months ago. It's still working fine right now. Additionally, when I bought the phone it reached my place a day early. As for the phone. It performs exactly as expected. One of my biggest gripes, is the phone came with some of Motorola's apps. One of her these apps installs a bunch of additional junk that I don't want. I've yet to figure out how to disable this. Of course, this issue isn't to blame on the phone being refurbished. It's just typical corporate nonsense. ... show more

The phone arrived in good condition and worked correctly, but after a few months of use it started turning off and the camera started malfunctioning. It's a shame because it's a good phone.
