Love this phone. Always like Motorola phones so decided to switch from my old Samsung A03 which battery began to enlarge. The phone arrived quickly , open and right away I was happy with it's appearance. It's light weight not bulky. Functions are smooth and set up was a breeze, takes a short time to charge to it's max. With its 5400 mah battery it last me two full days on a single charge, even when i have the radio playing almost the whole day. Definitely happy with my purchase. I really like this phone. It took me three tries to transfer my Metro PCS number to it. I tried IMEI # 1, and got a message saying that I can't use this phone with my current plan, and it won't work well on their Network, and I should get a different phone. Totally bummed, I tried IMEI # 2 and received the same messages. Then I tried # 1 again... My sim number automatically popped up each time using the Metro PCS app. The only thing I did different the third time was to click my cursor on my SIM number... Not changing anything just clicked my cursor on it... When I submitted, it was successful and my number was transferred. Were they just trying to get me to buy a MetroPCS phone? They told me to wait for a download of an e SIM... I didn't. I put my physical SIM card into IMEI slot #1, and my phone has been working great (in Florida) ever since May 8th, with no change to my MetroPCS plan. It's a typical Motorola... A little slow, but not as slow as my last Motorola. I turned off the RAM boost because I felt like it was eating my battery power too quickly. Otherwise, it's a great phone... And not 5G, which is what I was looking for. :) ... show more

This phone was slow from the moment I turned it on. I went through my setup and then went to get on my Facebook to check speed and loading. It's quite slow and laggy. I only was on it for 5 minutes before I put my sim back in my old phone and initiated a refund. I ended up having to spend more money and got a Google Pixel. I wouldn't recommend this phone. ... show more

This is not clear in the product description - this is an INTERNATIONAL model. It ships with Spanish as the language, but can be changed to English... after you finish setup. Also, it is a 4G phone and is "incompatible" with T-Mobile, despite the description.
