This came on a rainy day and the box was soaked. The cutout has a bit of a coating so it was fine despite the state of the box. This was large, clear (we ordered one from another location and it was blurry), and colorful. It was perfect and a hit at the party.

It was a great size. It comes folded but when it's put together that it isn't noticeable. The thing that bothered me is that it's not shiny even though I felt like it would be from the photo.
