I was very apprehensive about ordering a refurnished phone, I really did not expect much. Let me say that I can't believe this isn't new from the factory. There wasn't a single blemish or imperfection anywhere on this phone. Now to the phone: + It booted up no problem. Setup was incredibly easy as with any Moto phone and Google backup makes it even easier. + This phone is lighting fast with this processor and has plenty of RAM for just about anyone. + This phone is easily on par with my wife's S21 with the exception of the camera in lowlight. But, get this camera in a well lit environment and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference. + Once you experience this screen refresh rate you won't be able to go back to anything else. It is silky smooth. - If the speaker on your phone is important to you then this probably isn't going to satisfy, it is mediocre. Doesn't bother me though. - No SD card slot to quickly transfer photos and videos. Easily remedied by Google backup. Most phones now don't offer this anyways and it's not a deal breaker. ... show more

Welp, been having some phone issues so this is try #3. Beautiful phone. Great value for the money. Only issue I have is the model year was listed as 2022 so I bought a phone case to correspond..luckily for me the difference in size from model year 21 to 22 is mere centimeters (really?) so the phone case does NOT fit and I have to go through that nonsense. Besides that, if you just need a lovely, reliable, easy to use and set up phone- with lots of storage? Then this is your phone. Also, there isn't a place for an SD card so if your old phone has one and you want what's on your card, remember to grab a phone to phone transfer cord- they're like 3 bucks on Amazon, so no big deal, and it will make your life a little bit easier! ... show more

One has a completely blown speaker, none of them hold the charge as was described, the screen response is delayed and difficult to work with, and they do not remember biometric information. I really loved this phone until I went swimming with mine. Surprisingly I still got it to work so that I could take it in to get all the info off it to transfer to my new phone. Could not get this style of phone from Verizon so I just got the Galaxy S25 hated it. So I looked on Amazon and found this one. Took it to Verizon returned the Galaxy and they hooked up this new phone no questions asked. This phone is so awesome for the price you pay. A fraction of the cost of the Galaxy which would have been over 800$. This works and looks like a brand new phone. Would recommend this to anyone who loves this phone. ... show more

Replace an existing similar model phone. Phone looks like new and operates properly. Fingerprint sensor only registers ~25% of the time.Battery is disappointing. My original phone routinely had two day battery life. This reconditioned phone is far less.
