This is not only a good product but the customer service you can expect will extend far beyond your expectations. I ordered this cover based on its rated performance in all areas as well as it's affordability compared to other competitors. The cover arrived in only a couple days and looked exactly like the picture on the website. I have a large sized scooter designed to easily carry a passenger. Unfortunately, the cover was just too tight for a proper fit, but if you have a smaller ride, it should fit perfectly. Within a day of receiving my cover, I received an email from "Eddie" as he was just kindly checking up to make sure I had received my purchase. I replied that I had, and loved the quality, but unfortunately I was struggling with the size. If he had not reached out to make sure his customer was happy, I would have just chalked it up to a bad purchase and ate the money. Rather than just delete my email as most people would, Eddie offered an immediate full refund. He didn't stop there. Rather than me go through the hassle of trying to return it, he simply said just keep the cover for my efforts to do business with them. I live a block from the ocean and the salt air is tough on an uncovered bike, so I appreciated that gesture while I look for a larger sized cover.     • Can't Beat the Deal
After my last post. the vendor responded VERY promptly, and corrected an error. I now feel like that they have made amends with me, I WILL be using them again. They took very good care of me by following up with a personal letter, hand written envelope, correct the error, all within a week. This is a very reputable company in my book. The cover is very durable, and I love how it has a clasp underneath it in the middle to ensure the cover won't blow away. The bottom has an elastic band, around the entire cover, that keeps itself securely around the moped. Now, my moped is a trike, And I CAN even get it all the way around the back wheels as well. The cover seems to be very durable, and yet light enough to fold up and put back into the carry bag. The combination lock that came with it, has plenty of length to it. I can wrap it around my front wheel and lock it around a hard point on the moped, that has a brace behind the headlight. If I wanted, I could lock the brace behind the head light, then to a sunken pole I have in my yard, there is that much length, and it even coils up to a convenient compact size. ... show more

I like to know the down sides when I read reviews. I have a Taotao VIP 50. The only downs I have are that ot fits a little weird with my handle bar in the locked position. Also I think it should come down a few more inches to fully cover the exhaust. I seen reviews about the small lock, but I didn't buy it for the lock...I have my moped chained up. With that being said, I think this cover is great! I had a cover that was very thin and definitely not water proof, but this cover is thick and very much weather proof! I like the built in straps to hold the cover down so the wind doesn't blow it off. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this moped/scooter cover! ... show more

    • Good storage cover so far for e-bikes
I bought one to cover my new RadWagon cargo e-bike. The bike's just about an inch all around smaller than the listed cover size and due to previous reviews, I thought I'd give it a try since it should fit the listed dimensions published for the bike. Both sets of dimensions were correct; it barely fits, but does adequately enough. The bike it's replacing is an XTreme e-bike which I've never kept covered, and shows some weathering although it stays under a pop-up canopy semi-permanently fixed over the patio. I liked the cover well enough that I ordered another for it the next day, since I won't be riding that bike as much now. That bike's more of a standard 26" design (the RadWagon's about a foot longer) and the cover went over the XTreme nicely, so should fit any standard 26" bike. The covers seem to be made of a thin but strong plastic/vinyl type material, very light and not bulky. I've had both only a couple of days so I can't comment on durability yet. My main issue with them is that the elastic around the bottom could be a little less tight. It's a hassle to get them on the bikes since they "self-close" pretty tightly when trying to get them on (think: giant elastic shower cap). It's hard to keep them open when fitting over handlebars in particular, but once you do, the cover does stay tightly fit on the bike. It has clasping straps underneath as well, but since it's in a protected area I won't be using them most likely, but it looks like it would help secure the covers in the event of severe weather. I'm in Florida near the Gulf so we do get high winds on occasion. I wish the handlebar area was a few inches wider. I added 2 mirrors to the RadWagon (the kind that insert into the ends of the handlebars) which makes it a very tight fit. The handlebar is a swept cruising-bike type like on most non-mountain bike designs, fairly standard size. The XTreme has straight handlebars without mirrors and still is a bit of a snug fit there. I'm concerned that eventually it might tear at the point the mirrors on the RadWagon touch. It's very tight there and the mirrors don't fold away for storage. Time will tell. Overall so far I'm pleased with this cover, as opposed to going with small tarps, which would really be a hassle to keep in place. I can't address the fit on mopeds or small motorcycles, but unless problems develop later on I'd recommend this cover for most bicycles, including ebikes, with a total length of 79" or less. ... show more

    • The cover came pretty quick. And quality looks great.
The scooter that's being covered was a bit difficult size wise. The after market rear trunk add-on sits as high as the handle bars. So the dimensions for this cover worked out great. Many of the motorcycle covers are often tapered down over the seat and towards the back. So it won't cover the truck and rear tire. And will often come up short to cover the front tire. It's a bit more rectangular in shape, but doesn't end up being over sized. In fact its a great fit. It can easily use the krypton lock through the front slots onto the front tire.
