Comes with no instructions but is simple enough to figure out. Be sure to lube the inner plastic slides of the hammer with a little fork oil before using. Also, adjust the drivers to the size of the seal.

What an utter piece of junk! The actual device to push the fork seal into place should be four places not three so you have to keep turning it around to make the job happen. If you have any resistance on the seal it self this tool just wont do the job. Total waste of money

it works but man what a beating it takes for those really tight seals.I used tape and packing foam to cushion the blows on your hand to pound the seals down
