Extractor worked perfectly on my 2008 Harley Davidson 96 in.³ highly recommended just take your time using it. There’s some great videos on YouTube showing you how to use it again just take it easy using it well worth the money.

Definitely a one- or two-time use tool. As you can see from the pics, when it comes to removing the mainshaft race the pivot press point boogered the end of the mainshaft. And this is where the clutch pushrod runs, so I dremeled the area to remove all the smushed areas including a ridge that was formed inside the mainshaft. And upon installation of the new mainshaft race the nut for the tool started to lose its threads. Sigh. There are two main problems, here: 1. Harley requires all these special tools, because their architecture is "unique." 2. And because everything is huge and heavy and triple torque and uses snaprings from Satan and every fit is like, 0.010" interference then you don't just need unique tools, but you need vacuum-forged-in-the-halls-of-Sauron quality, which means the proper tool will require you to sell organs (whether yours of someone else's doesn't matter). For the rest of us who need to only do the job once this tool will work, but yes it is crappy. MAKE SURE YOU GREASE ALL POINTS UNDER TURNING PRESSURE FROM THE BEGINNING. ... show more
