Does an excellent job. 3800s are known to run very warm but on a cool day, my scanner will say 181F. This can climb during warmer weather, hot transmission, ac use, etc. but that is not the thermostat's fault

    • Fits but not the right temp for Buick lesabre (3800)
Does fit and work in a 99 Buick lesabre but it is 180 vs car calling for 195. Also this doesn't come with gasket. I recommend buying a 195 one so the thermostat will open when the manufacturer recommends it to. I swapped mine out for the correct one.
