I just checked a third time this morning and found a little note with the package in the usual place in the basement level of the building. I've always been afraid the IKEA knives I bought originally would slip and cut my hand. So I ordered these and am very happy with them. They're as good as any of the more expensive brands. Very comfortable to use and very sharp. Would make a great gift.

I really don't cook much anymore, they seem fine the few times I used them. Will have to see how long they stay sharp. Remember, they are inexpensive and I am happy with them, especially for the price!
