Paper thin. I question their durability. They'll be great as light weight pants for warm weather (I'm in Florida), but they also have enough room in them to pull on over some heavier cold weather pants. The stretchiness still allows for mobility. They are a bit long for me, but I'm sawed off (5' 6"). No draw strings or zippered legs, so I can easily hem them up. They are pretty quite. Not too noisy. I just tested a t-shirt (cotton) and some jeans. They all produce about the same. These produce a touch higher frequency though. That could be a good thing because higher frequency sound doesn't travel as far as low frequency sound. Amplitude is a factor, but my guess is that these will do just fine in the woods. These are fantastic if you travel a lot and space is a concern. I'm able to fit them into a quart sized Ziploc bag. I may even keep them in my truck as a quick backup camo pant to pull on over whatever I'm wearing at the time. ... show more

These are a tad snug for me. I wear a 46" waist. The legs are long, but the ties on the end make that a non issue. They fit fine over thermals. Probably would do fine over other pants as well, so good on that count. The material is great for not snagging and not picking up too much (e.g., leaves and dirt) when sitting on the ground. The extra pockets could be handy, though I didn't really use them. The front pockets held my phone pretty well, but it slid out while lying down on my back. No big deal. Overall, I think they are quite suitable for the purpose as camos that you wear over other layers. Not sure I'd wear them by themselves, though. ... show more

Very good pants. Comfortable and great for hot weather. Stand up to the thorns and sharpness of some very thick brush I have a 31" waist and the small fit great. A little noisy but not too bad

I’m a 5’5, 130lb woman and was looking for something a bit lighter weight for the unseasonably warm fall we’ve had so far in the northeast. I was worried that these pants wouldn’t fit me right because they’re men’s, but I ended up being really happy with them. I ordered a small. The waist was a little big on me, but I’m able to either wear a belt or fold the waist band down once. They fit great everywhere else and the length is perfect. I like the design of the pants, and the materials, but I had to return them due to low quality stitching. Practically every peice of thread in the pants was loose and falling out. Several of the buttons were just about to fall off. I would be happy to have a pair if they were made properly.
