Luckily I caught the bag before it hit the ground with my tablet. So I started using the handles. The stitching for one of the handles came undone, so the handle is messed up. WASTED MONEY, This bag lasted only few months and the inside seam started to rip open, fabric is too weak. I bought this laptop bag to transport my new 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro. It does fit the laptop. However, the quality fails for two of the outside zippers. Both the front-side and back-side outside zippers fail to seal completely. There is an unavoidable gap at the end of the zipper travel. No amount of pulling will seal the zippered compartment completely due to the way the zipper is sewn into the material. I'm afraid that over time the gaps may widen. In addition to the issue with the two outside zippers, it would be nice if the carrying handles had a little more room for your hand without risking the constant rubbing of your skin against the fabric and closed zipper track. Another half-inch or so would do the trick. It is a shame that the quality and care for details is poor, because otherwise this bag is very likable. It seems to have adequate room for the laptop as well as the power adapter and cable in addition to a place for pens and paper. It has a removable shoulder strap and carrying handles that can be tucked away when not needed. Due to the workmanship and lack of care for details, I am not confident that this bag will last the lifetime of my MacBook Pro and therefore I cannot recommend this laptop bag. ... show more

I bought this bag because I loved the color, and I liked the slim design. I was ready to downsize my hefty messenger bag for an easier lift every day - and for this kind of day to day use, it's great! I can fit some writing utensils, a few medicinal supplies, and some files and a sketchbook pretty easily. When I add my computer and its changer cord and/or wireless mouse, it starts to get tight, but it is still manageable. Where I ran into a bit of trouble was trying to use this bag for flying. It's the right size for a plane, but I found out that I couldn't actually fill the bag to its full capacity - maxing out even one compartment made the other slots too tight to fit much else into. There is a zipper on the bottom that lets you open up about an inch of extra space, but it doesn't amount to a noticeable difference for me. The plastic loops that the strap adheres to are also really not sturdy. I regularly attached and detached the clips so I could attach my water bottle, store the shoulder strap, etc, but after a couple weeks of doing this daily, one of the plastic clips snapped. I was able to salvage the bag by tying the strap through the loop, but it was a shame to see that it's not designed for heavy use or regular movement. ... show more

I really liked it, so I kept it and it fits great inside this bag, handy to separate my 2 laptops. It is adjustable in all the ways one might wish for, has the handle and the strap, it's lovely and oh so useful. Could work as an overnight bag if I brought only one laptop.
