Long review incoming!! I ended up doing a little styling myself to help shape this into something a little finer tuned. I formed a front bump further up on the wig by undoing the established ponytail and gluing in a purple triangle shape that I made from a styrofoam ball and aluminum foil covered in purple foam, and then gluing hair pieces to that foam. I then glued the braid clip in as a permanent fixture of the wig by gluing it in place over two separate ponytail segments that I made (gluing it helps with balance and placement, HIGHLY recommended!) Then I focused on hair spraying and combing the rest of the hair towards the back center so it looked more like it was pulled in towards the braid. I think my various efforts paid off and made for the best of a medium quality wig. I also highly recommend a friction wig grip!!! I wore this for about four hours and even with the weight of this wig, it didn’t move an inch with that grip on! I would say this is a solid option for Rumi wig at such a low price! The color is great and the braid is a solid length. I am very pleased. Hope to use this again before my lace front wig comes in next year! ... show more

Best Rumi wig!!!!! I ordered several other Rumi wigs from Amazon and other buyers, but this Rumi wig is BY FAR THE BEST. It’s super long, perfect color purple, the clip stays in place, looks like real hair. It’s beautiful. This fit my 10 year old daughter perfectly and it’s comfortable and lightweight. Haven’t officially worn it yet so can’t speak on longevity or comfort. But it got here quickly and looks just like the picture. It came a little disheveled, but it’s a lot of hair so that can happen easily, especially with synthetic hair. A wide tooth comb made it good as new and just need to fix the ponies cause they’re a little limp. Hair is nice and soft, a little heavy but again, it’s a lot hair so that’s normal. Came with a hair cap which is handy. My biggest issue with it is it’s a little small for an adult head but other than that it’s great and I’ll make it work. Can’t wait to wear it with my Mira costume for Halloween ... show more

Strands are flying everywhere from the base which goes so far up on your forhead it’s unbelievable. The braid is then a clip that pulls the rest of the wig back but not comfortably so you HAVE to put it over your shoulders or the entire thing falls off. Very cool wig! However the clip on part is so heavy it pulls the wig right off. My daughter was going to wear it for Halloween, but we had to do a last minute costume change and I wore it since it wouldn’t stay on her. I just wore the clip on part and it was pretty easy to use that way and fit well over a ponytail. It’s very soft and quite beautiful, but since it’s so heavy it was difficult to wear and flopped to the side (hence the three stars). Hope this is helpful to perspective buyers! ... show more

The quality of the wig is good; however the braid it is so heavy it pulls the wig off the head. We tried everything to keep the wig from falling off, we used netting, we used wig specific flat headbands that wigs will adhere to. Nothing worked. The more we tried to secure it the worse the hair was looking because we were messing with it so much. The clips provided to pin the braid to the separate head wig does not hold the braid. The braid is really thick which is nice but we couldn’t find clips to secure braid. Having the braid flop around added to the heaviness. Because of all of this, our daughter was unable to wear the wig for the event she needed it for. We wasted our money on this one. ... show more

I was really surprised at how awesome this low-cost wig is! I haven't ordered a wig in decades- but I'm going to be Ana to my three-year-old great-niece's Elsa this year. For the price, I was blown away by how hefty the wig is. It comes with a net/cap to put over your natural hair. It comes well-packaged in a net and tidy little box. I have a HUGE head- the kind where hats rarely fit me- so I was so glad when this stretched enough to fit my head!!! Also- I wondered about the "light brown" in the description. I'd say it definitely has that "Ana" red tint to it. I only need it to wear once or twice, so I can't say how well it's made for long term use- but if you just need to wear it a few times- I think it would hold up beautifully... and probably even a bit after that. Heavy duty and good quality. Worked well for Kpop Demon Hunters costume. The wig is quite heavy, so keep in mind that you should wear a wig cap and use plenty of sturdy bobby pins to anchor it in place.
