I absolutely love this hairdryer! It leaves my long, thick, frizzy hair so soft and sleek but I can still get volume with it. Flat ironing isn’t necessary for me now and I like that I don’t have to put that amount of heat on my hair anymore. I just wish they would make one for Europe so I can take it when I travel.

The media could not be loaded. It stopped working within a year of purchasing It started smoking as components short circuited ( I clean it regularly, so no apparent reason for this ). The price tag is way high for so lil durability

I bought this product in October. I used if a couple of times a month because I prefer air drying my hair. This morning I used it in the morning but noticed 10 hours later that the hair dryer was still very warm when though it was unplugged. This is a serious malfunction and a safety issue. I've only had this for 5 months and with such infrequent use it really shouldn't be broken.

Nice quality dryer

This dryer arrived literally at the peak of my "bad hair" season. I have fine curly/wavy hair but a head FULL of it. When it's humid, my hair gets frizzy, big, and hard to tame. So, I requested this dryer with the hopes of managing my hair in the heat and humidity. It is pricey, but I'm going on a week now and so far have concluded that it's worth the price for me. It took several experimental sessions to find the right heat and speed to ensure my hair was dry, frizz-free, and yet my curls and waves were intact. Granted, the right styling products combined with the dryer are a likely contributing factor to my success. However, I've been using the "cheap" dryers my entire life, and this is the first time I've ever invested in a professional-grade dryer. I am quite pleased with this one, and do recommend it. This particular product is especially important now that we're in quarantine and can't get to the salon as regularly. Taking care of my hair to I'mprevent heat damage and split ends is more important than ever, and this dryer is part of this new regimen for sure.
