I used a generous amount of the mask and let it sit in my hair for 2 hours outside of the shower, followed by my fav leave in conditioner. I really like: scent, way it makes my hair look and feel. Seems to restore the softness. Only downfall is that if you color your hair (darker shades) it will fade your color significantly!
