This lighter, not torch, is cheaply made, and doesn’t work. I tried all their little tricks and it still doesn’t work. Also, they sent me the wrong color. When I spoke to customer service they told me that they have to receive the item back before issuing a refund that will take 14 to 30 days after receiving it to get a refund. Obviously not helpful when Christmas is before that. Thanks Amazon and “torch” people, you clearly aren’t helpful and your product is crap!

It’s cute and an interesting lighter show piece, but functionality is terrible. The second flame is difficult to light and no matter how far down you turn it or how quickly you switch it off ( which you HAVE to do!) it seems to run out of butane very quickly…

* Oh, great, another gadget trying to be a Swiss Army knife and failing miserably. Sure, it's nifty that it transforms into a mini gun – because what every smoker needs is to feel like James Bond while lighting up. But wait, there's more! You get to play with a wheel to release the gas like it's a slot machine in a cheap casino. And guess what? The real gamble here is whether you'll end up gassing your pocket or not. So, three stars for the effort, but minus points for the potential bomb-in-pocket scenario. Cheers to keeping it as a quirky gift, though.

I was so excited about this purchase. So I'm very disappointed that it didn't work. I tried everything and even asked my man if he could fix it and he said he wouldn't be able to. The regular lighter doesn't work, no flame or spark whatsoever and the torch part doesn't do anything either. It doesn't even try to work, no click sound or anything. I would've returned it if it was easier to do it but I don't live anywhere near anything and I don't drive so it was a hassle for me to send it back and get my money refunded. So now I have a lighter/torch I can't use and I'm out the money too. I guess you live and learn.
