I am incredibly pleased with this purchase. We bought this sofa for its sleeper design, and the added storage under the chase for our mountain cabin. I am very happy with the overall look and feel of the sofa. The sofa is firm to sit on, which is exactly what we prefer. Having the storage area underneath that chase allows us to store bedding for easy access, and convenience. It is super easy to pull the lower foot rest out to convert to a bed and super simple to put away. There are metal hinges that interlock to hold the pieces together. Again this was super easy to lock together and everything remains nicely in place. I have had sleep herself in the past and would never go back to a conventional sleeper sofa.     • Decent Couch but breaks down easy

Had this couch for roughly 5 months now. The fabric is soft. The couch is in between a hard couch and a soft couch. It is on the firmer side but I still find it comfy. Love the lounger and the space under the lounger. LOTS OF STORAGE SPACE :) Favorite part is how the couch turns into a bed. Super simple to do too. Again it will be a somewhat firm bed but still an extra bed in the house. Cons: Already starting to see fast wear and tear. Due it being new and the different parts to it we have been trying to be extra nice to it however we noticed that the sides of the couch started to bend outward because the bar of which they connected to started to bend. We just took off the side piece off and bent the piece back. Seemed to fixed it for awhile, been trying not to put any sort of pressure/weight on the sides. Not a couch I would want young kids or big dogs jumping on daily as I feel the couch would wear out even faster as again we are only 5 months in. But overall I do recommend the couch as it looks really nice and has really nice handy features. Just have to "be a little nicer to it" is what I tell my family haha ... show more

Great customer service, I had an issue and they resolved it right away! It is a perfect fit for my smaller living room. The fabric seems easy to clean and feels nice on the hands. The couch is a bit firm if you like firm. :) Very easy to pull into a bed. Little hard to put together took a couple of us but we got it. There was a couple rust marks on the silver metal. I feel for the price of a couch that pulls into a bed this is a good value and would recommend. ... show more

Update: I’ve had the sofa for almost three years now and with light use, it’s almost all wood frame poking through lumpy and uneven foam. Terrible quality. It’s great for space-saving and it looks nice. The loft of the cushions only lasted about 6 months. With regular family use, it went flat really quickly and is also difficult to keep the pieces hooked together. I’ve been looking to replace it since it was 6 months old. ... show more

The couch is beautiful and easy to assemble. First thing I noticed was that it wasn’t too comfortable. The sofa sleeper is awesome until you realize that you cannot sleep on it as you feel all the edges of the three distinct seperate peices. It needs a pillow topper to use as a bed. The fabric itself ripped within months and the support on the seat of the long part of the couch went out less then a year. Still looks good though just isn’t that comfortable for use. ... show more

I've read the reviews of issues and I can honestly say people didn't read the instructions on installation as I made the mistake too. The clips come together one direction and it might mean lifting the sofa end to get the arm attached like I did because I added the arms afterwards. I also attached all by myself and I'm small built. Customer service was very responsive! I had a button issue by a torn box but they sent new ones from China in less than a week and compensated me for the inconvenience. The cushions are firmer than expected, but my old one is 50+years old. The drawer for ottoman is super easy to open and pull out. Great design, super soft fabric, love it! ... show more

The couch looks nice, easy to assemble, clean and move around. It's not the most comfortable but it did its job. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Its cheap it doesn't hold very long. Alsmost two years of owning this furniture and taking good care of it. We don't have any kids or pets that can get into it. It lost all foam, it's very uncomfortable, you can feel the wood. Contacted costumer service and because the 1 year warranty past there is nothing they can do. Except give us two avice: " find a local furniture repairer or fix it yourself " lol well thanks. If you can, save a little more money and get yourself a durable couch. Otherwise you will be like us, 1 year and a half later already looking for another coach. ... show more

    • After a year it gets uncomfortable

I bought this two years ago, and while it felt comfy when newly bought, after a year, it started to feel uncomfortable, especially in the middle. I did enjoy the pull out feature, I used a few times with company, but they found it slightly uncomfortable. Every time I repositioned, the arms kept wanting to detach. I had to place the couch against a wall, as when you sit it will slide back- something I did not like. Unfortunately, there was a flood in the house, and I now have to replace this couch.
