I had some issues with the delivery but the customer service I received in response to those issues was excellent and I am so so happy with this couch. I don’t intend on this being a “highly used” couch, it’s more of an accent for my studio for guests to sit for which it is perfect! Its quite firm but feels like good quality, couldn’t be easier to assemble, great for small spaces, definitely recommend.

Just got it today. Was fairly simple to assemble but I can see that the quality is poor and it wont last too long. Thankfully I purchased the extended warranty so I feel somewhat safe with this purchase. Also, the sofa bed is not for adults (too small and shaky), perhaps for kids... that said, it is very pretty.

Can’t sit or lay down on it comfortably. It’s hard as a rock!!! No cushion whatsoever. It’s pretty to look at but that’s about all it’s good for! I wasted my money. I would not recommend this thing to anyone!
