Had problem with legs not having pads. Irritated and frustrated as I was having clients over that week. Company contacted me same day with a heart felt apology and immediate response to correct issue. So impressed as they reshipped right away and gave us an appropriate discount. We could not be happier with sofas and customer service experience! Sofas easy to put together, firm and look quality. They look much better in person. Definitely would buy again. The media could not be loaded. Dislike furniture legs are also the cushions fit is off. Not sure if colors are the same on my pieces as one chair looks discolored.

Had visitors and it broke as they sat. Not very big teens, average slender. It cracked by the arm rest then the legs broke off. The cushions had wires that popped out. Just very odd that it was sold for $1400 for two pcs. It was beyond the return window. Waste of money!
