Ok, I was unsure this was going to work with my dump truck, but it did much better than expected. Lifted a 7 ton load of fly ash with ease. My setup cannot handle a heavier load, but I can say for sure that this hydraulic pump could. This replaced my pto pump and I’m very happy with the change. So far so good was super East to hook up 1 power wire 1 ground wire got this to lift my county snow plow on my dump truck it weighs 3500 lbs lifts it super fast

Works great! But I do wish the controller wire was a little longer to reach the back of the trailer. Also works better if it’s hooked to a battery on a truck so the battery doesn’t get drained.

Instructions are next to useless if the unit does not go in easy. Hydraulics are easy to hook up once you realize the hex cap is a port but the terminals seem shorted internally. 12v is coming out the negative terminal all the time.

The media could not be loaded. I wrote a very helpful review about how to make this pump work if your old pump had a return line, but the Amazon review police didn’t like it and wouldn’t post it. I’ll try again. If your old pump had a return line, you can still use this pump. You just have to remove the old line from the cylinder and screw in a breather. I got one from my local hydraulics shop. You can see it in my pictures. It’s at the top of the cylinder. Everyone is correct about the instructions being terrible. This pump was supposed to come with an adapter for SAE fittings, mine did not. I brought my hose at the metric fitting that came with it the hydraulic shop and they gave me what I needed. So far it works just fine with an empty load but I haven’t had a chance to try it with a full load. I also can’t speak to longevity. It’s not difficult to install once you have the correct fittings. If your current set up is a single hose and your cylinder already has a breather then you should have no problems (other than getting standard fittings). The pump itself looks like the thread going into it is standard, but it’s not. Standard will fit, but loosely. Get an adapter for a correct one.

The product is as described. Worked fein for what I need it. I have a tow boom that hooks up at the back of my tractor trailer the hydraulic broke and I need it to replace it. This Mophorn Double Acting Hydraulic Pump did the work it pick up my 30' RV. I would recommend this product and like a said the price was fair.
