My lift broke after 11 years of use. The motor gave out i guess. Wasn't sure if the unit I got would work but I read reviews and looked at the pics and figured it would be a good try. Saved nearly $400 and was easy to install. Basically direct "bolt" on. I had to swap sides where the hydraulic lines went but it basically just moved over. The electrical wiring that came with it was a little confusing. YOu'll need to take the cover off and get rid of the two wires and have the electrician install the correct lines to it's correst spot. That's the only complicated issue. Works just as good if not better then the last one I had on my lift. ... show more

This unit bolted right up to my 30 year old lift. The hydraulic fitting was different than mine, which I assumed would be the case. I could have gone to one of my local businesses that build hydraulic hoses, but I was in a hurry. My original fitting and the fitting in the pump were both steel, so I removed it, cleaned them both up, clamped together and welded them together with my mig welder. Worked great, not leaks. This unit is really quiet compared to the other 4 lifts in my shop. The price is really hard to beat. I can't attest to the longevity of this unit yet, but I think it is going to do great. ... show more

I had to go et a Hydrulic hose and fitting to adapter it over. No issue for a Hydraulic company. I took them the fitings and they made me a hose around $70. Unit works great
