These machines do not come with adequate instructions for proper use. You will need to make youtube your best friend. Heat press is good but its on a swivel so you will need alot of space around the machine. The plotter is extra large, banner cutting size so if you buy this set up make sure you have a spare bedroom or alot of work space, other than size and instructions, so far so good. ... show more

The software is a little tricky to use for designing but it cuts, the ruler tape on the machine was coming off when I unpacked it and 2 of the heat press components were missing a screw
