I have 5 kids and this is the 3rd video monitor I've tried. It is by far the best. I love having 2 cameras for 2 kid rooms, and that I can see both rooms on a split screen view on my monitor. I love that there is no wifi so there is no hacking into my kids' rooms and videos. The picture from these cameras is good and so is the sound. Previous baby monitors struggled with a short signal. This monitor has a super long range. It works so well across my whole house and even when I take it outside. I had one issue after having these monitors for almost 2 years, with the battery no longer charging. I contacted customer service. They had me try a few things, and when those didn't fix the issue, sent me a brand new monitor!!! I was so pleased with their fantastic customer service and loyalty. I also like that you can now adjust the volume on the top of the monitor instead of having to go in through the menu. I would recommend this baby monitor to anyone! ... show more

The product itself I’d give an 8/10. Personally has too many buttons for my liking but the images are clear, the audio has the capability to be SUPER loud if you wish. Set up was easy. I did received a broken charger in my order but after I contacted customer support I had a new charger on my door step within 24 hours. They were so kind and so helpful. Overall I like this monitor. I wanted to be able to see both kids at the same time. The temperature seems pretty accurate which was my biggest complaint with my old one. I wish I could connect this monitor to wifi. I know a lot of moms like that it is not wifi but I like seeing my kids when I am not home. ... show more

I bought this to use with my 2 under 2 right before my 2nd was born. We’ve been using it everyday for 6 months now, and I have enjoyed it! The split screen works great! I LOVE that I can move the camera around. The picture is clear, and it’s sound volume options more than meet my needs. This really isn’t anything super fancy. But we weren’t looking for that. It was super easy to set up, the split screen monitor is great, I can see both my babes (now toddlers), and talk to them if needed. I’m writing this review now (a year after setting it up and using it every day). Yes, the battery dwindles, but it’s really lasting a while. But the customer service is great! I emailed about how to get just a new monitor, as ours is acting weird (not the battery, just not as responsive to the button pushing as it should be) and they were quick to respond with a new replacement!     • Amazing customer service
I had this monitor for a little over a year and the charger stopped working. I contacted their customer service to see what I could do and they sent me a new replacement monitor in then a week for free. The person I talked to responded quickly and was so helpful! I wasn’t looking forward to having to find a new monitor because this one has everything I need: long range, split screen, etc. The only con is that it after having it for a few months it began to lose its charge quicker but I am hopeful the replacement will be better- just got it today so we shall see. Love this monitor! Best for 2 kids in separate rooms. My daughter stopped the monitor recently and it wouldn’t work without being plugged in. Talked to customer service and they were nice enough to send me a new one, no questions asked. Great customer service! Highly recommend this product!
