So this is my 6th, 2 camera baby monitor I’ve tried. We’ve tried VTech with and without WiFi (WiFi was a joke; if you want WiFi get Nest or similar cameras), 2 different HelloBaby and a Baby Sense. We have a 3,000 sqft 2 story home built in 2021. Primary bedroom is downstairs, my children’s rooms are upstairs. One bedroom is opposite end of our room, the other is above our room. We have been able to connect to monitors to the camera above our room no problem, but the room opposite of ours has been difficult. We have only been able to use an audio only monitor. But now that we have another little one, I want a split screen and 1 monitor for both. I just got it a few days ago, but so far I am so relieved I finally found one that checks (most) my boxes. 1. LOOOOONG Range 2. Split screen and scan option 3. User friendly (external volume button, switching from camera to camera, menu access) 4. Wide angle camera, not zoomed in like a lot of others 5. Charges fairly quickly and lasts the day on power savings mode 6. Clear picture quality with both day time and nighttime. 7. VOX is great, we use both white noise (loud) and music and it doesn’t pick up on that unless you actively are looking at the monitor. I haven’t used the music because we use Sonos speakers, but the mic/talk back works well. The only feature I didn’t realize it didn’t have is to move/toggle the camera. Maybe that helps with the better range? I don’t know. But I’m willing to sacrifice that to have a monitor that reaches across my house through walls and frame work. It isn’t terrible though, because of the wide view lens. I have it set to see the whole bed for both my babes. Overall, it is a random brand to me, but so far so good. And even if it lasts a year, I’ll deal with getting another one to have clear picture and strong signal across my house.

Ok long story short, I love these monitors. The dual camera feature is awesome if you have multiple kids in two different rooms. The first night we used these my husband was laying down our son and I had the monitor turned on so I could see whats going on and if I needed to jump in and help (bedtime with two kids is a dual parent effort as well all know) as I was getting up I could hear my husbands butt trumpet letting loose. For others probably think thats gross, but to me I thought that was amazing how much sound this thing picks up. Our old monitor (very popular brand) never picked up quiet sounds like that. So basically my point is I feel comfortable sleeping at night with this at my bedside because ill be able to hear the slightest sounds in my kids bedroom unlike the model I had prior. At one point this monitor was fixed over my daughters crib on the wall and I could hear her sign and breath in her sleep. This was a great purchase and Ive been telling all my new mom friends to buy this monitor as well, its worth it.

This review is being changed to 5 stars because of customer service We bought this monitor in September 2022 it is now July 2023 and we absolutely looooove this monitor! We’ve tried several brands before this one and with Moonybaby we have never lost connection once. I can go anywhere in my 2000 sq ft house and it’s perfect connection. Which is impressive since it’s not Wi-Fi! A few days ago my son got ahold of the monitor and dropped it on the ground and the screen cracked. It still works but where it cracked is sharp and I’m worried about it cutting someone’s fingers. I reached out to customer service to ask if I could buy the monitor separately. They immediately said they’re sending me a new one! I fully expected to buy the monitor or at least pay shipping since it was not their fault the screen cracked but they’re sending it to me for free! I emailed them Wednesday and the new monitor is getting delivered Friday (today). They make amazing quality baby monitors and have amazing customer service. I’m just so impressed with this company. As for my cons below they aren’t really cons anymore. I think the other brand I tried before Moonybaby had amazing display but it constantly lost connection and had a lot of issues so it took me a little bit to get used to the new display. As of having it for 9 months I have no complaints now. Buy this camera! Just got delivered today. First impressions of it: Pros: super easy to set up Very user friendly Parent unit is good size No Wi-Fi So far connection is great on the other side of the house Cords are long for cameras and parent unit Took maybe 5 minutes to set up and mount the cameras Cons: picture quality isn’t the best Night vision isn’t the best and is kinda hard to see anything Will update when more time has passed.

THE WORST MONITOR IMAGINABLE. Has caused me so many sleepless nights and so much stress as we are now on our 3rd one because it has broken so many times. Now the third one will randomly stop charging and die in the middle of the night and I have lost so much sleep over not knowing if I can trust if to monitor my girls. The picture will also randomly go black. Has lost me so much sleep I absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND.
