Even though it arrived "bent" up & twisted it was worth it I fixed it and by myself for an 30 year old single mom with a 11 year son still got to go the beach this weekend . It cost me more than I wanted to pay but I "promised" my son an date with him to go to the beach and he didn't have to haul the beach stuff back and forth without help from me. Like I said it was "fixable" and I did not have to return back to Amazon.

We wanted a longer wagon as we have two kids who play baseball and softball and I coach - we need a big wagon! And this wagon, size-wise is great BUT the handle way too short! You end up running over your own ankles! We will be returning and finding something different! Don't both with this one if you plan to pull kids and stuff - you kill your ankles!

I received a wagon which had two manufacturing defects - first, one of the tubes to hold a wheel had a bad weld such that it was too narrow for the wheel to fit in it and second, one of the other tubes had its locking pin hole 90 degrees off from where it was on the wheel assembly such that one of the fixed wheels aimed 90 degrees off from the wagon. The latter would have been fixable with a drill, but I couldn't fix the former despite setting at it with a chisel, a rasp, and a dremel. This item had customer service provided by Amazon and (my fault), I didn't assemble it until after 30 days had passed so Amazon couldn't/wouldn't help me with a replacement. I originally wrote a more detailed negative review highlighting the above (I've left the pictures up). About a week later, the seller contacted me, was very apologetic, and insisted on replacing the product. I received the replacement wagon and it's great. No manufacturing defect, it assembled quickly and it's a nice wagon. This will be perfect for moving my kids in and out of their dorm rooms. I like that it folds up for compact storage. A slight improvement would be something to hold it in the most compact form when stored (I'll add a bungee cable for that), as it recoils a bit and doesn't stay quite as compact as it otherwise could. As shipped, it had a fairly strong plastic/chemical order (the item was in air-tight shrink wrapping) - I built it outside and left it outside overnight and it's fine now. Overall, I'm really happy with this wagon. Anyone can have a manufacturing defect, but I think it was really stand-up of this seller to replace it even though over 30 days had passed.

I have ordered a few of these because they're good for so many things. This is great for carrying groceries and garden tools or plants. I also think thia would be great for mobike business owners. It's sturdy and easy to pull or push. It's easy to unfold and collapse. I'd buy this again.

This cart was super simple to put together! It was mostly assembled and need some final parts put on. I like how it can fold to save space. The wheels have been stable. We were able to walk a mile with it full of plants without issue. Definitely recommend!
