I bought this for a couple reasons, and at the top of my mind were two things: support my back better and work and lose some flab. WHOA. This belt does both way better than I ever could have dreamed. I've owned several different waist trainers/belts over the years, but none of them match this one. First, it is the largest one I've ever had: I mean, this thing goes right up to the top of my hip bones, and that's from just beneath the girls. When I tell you there's complete coverage, I am not joking. Second, it does not fold over. Ever. At all. My job is nothing but bending, moving, turning, stretching, and I kid you not, people, this belt never, ever folded or shifted, not even a little. It is EXCELLENT if you're trying to improve your posture or want to take some of the load off your lower back. The construction is so sturdy, that I don't care how much you sweat or move, this belt is not going to lose constriction or position whatsoever. You better mean it where you put it, that's all I can say. Third, THE SWEATING. SO MUCH WATER. You will indeed sweat your a$$ off wearing this belt, and that's a good thing. The way they've made the adjustable straps that encircle you are incredibly strong and hold the belt absolutely close to your body. Even if you just go for a casual walk, you're going to sweat. A lot. Though I've not yet used it in a gym, I do use it daily in a warehouse, which is a pretty close second to what 'd be doing at a gym. I'm soaked in this thing after even a fun walk around my neighborhood. Fourth, the belt is made a lot like corsets from back in the day. You will sit up straight; you will walk talk. You will answer the door with posture formal enough to greet the Queen Mum. All the times your Mama or ya Gran'mama told you to sit up straight will seem like nothing once you put this on, because you don't have a choice. This belt is just the ticket if you're a cubicle dweller who spends the day hunched over a keyboard. You can't and won't slump over in this belt. It simply won't let that happen. Fifth, and this is my favorite part, you will feel it AFTER you take the belt off. This fact impressed and surprised me. Typically, after removing a waist trainer, I feel the effects for a little bit before it fades. Not with this belt: I feel it for hours afterward. My abs will be sore, like I've done a ton of sit-ups, and I can still feel the belt's impact on my obliques, too. In forcing the body to maintain a good posture, this belt is engaging the abs all the time, and WOW, you'll know it in a hurry. I can't say enough good things about this product. My lower back is super happy whenever I use it, and I feel lighter overall just because the strain is being taken off my back for a change. This waist trainer is unbeatable for support, for sweating, and for just making me feel better; I hope it does the same for y'all. I have lost some weight (I've only just gotten started), and I have all the confidence that this belt has definitely played a role in that. GET IT. TRY IT. You'll see what I mean pretty quickly!

So I’m 5’9 weigh 185 pounds bought a large and it fits me perfectly. First I’m gunna start by saying I’ve only used this product for 2 days and can already tell you it produces results I wear it while I do my workouts in the morning and when I take it off after I’m done, my stomach is drenched and I only workout 30 mins a day so that tells you it does what it’s suppose to. I will write a update at the end of the this week but, so far it’s worth the $$ it’s on the cheaper side but the quality is amazing this waist trainer is very durable and it feels like it’d be a expensive belt. The belt has plastic strips in the back for support and it’s not uncomfortable like some belts, that feel like it’s stabbing you so for working out it’s perfect I dont have pain pain when I work out which is why I only gave it 2 stars for the “pain relief” part of this review, because I can’t speak on the pain relief part. All in all Durability, Support, and Comfort while working out is why even though I’ve only wore for 2 workouts, I still have 5 stars.

This product is very easy to use! I got this because I wanted to tone and shape my abdomen. I really like that this offers back support because I have a terrible posture so this really helps during workouts. I’ve noticed that after using this that not only does my abdomen sweat it makes my entire body sweat even more. It doesn’t feel suffocating, but I feel like the material on the inside could be better. Such as, it absorbs the sweat instead of you getting to wipe it off and see it. It’s also slightly uncomfortable when you wear it without clothes underneath, but it’s not a huge con. I also didn’t smell anything weird when I first started using it. This was also very firm, I used it for spin classes, did multiple workouts, and I never had to readjust it. Overall, a great product that does the job, and I highly recommend it! For reference, I'm 130lbs and my waist is 27 inches. I got the small and it fits perfectly.

I did not order this to be a waist trainer. I have degenerating disc in my back. I am a hairstylist and for several months could feel the disc moving followed by a ton of pain as time went on. When I ordered this i took several days to ship, I needed immediate relief. So i found a sports store and bought something similar until this product would arrive. The difference in quality is night and day. Hands down this is far superior for just a few more dollars. The 'bones" are comfortable and supportive while keeping my spine in alignment as I work. I'm on day 2 and so far pain free, its also doing wonders for my posture. Not only would I recommend this product I will also purchase more. One last note the size guide in correct, measure your waist and order the range suggested and it will fit perfectly. While there is a little bulk to it its not huge I can wear it under a loose shirt and its completely unnoticed.

In the beginning the belt worked fine. It’s supportive and provides some comfort to your lower back. I have had back surgery (discectomy) approximately 8 years ago but never received complete relief. I do not go to the gym but I have 4 small children, the youngest being 9 months old. There is much moving about, bending stooping, lifting etc. In the beginning…… I’ll even add the beginnings after first putting the belt on each time, support was good and no binding. The belt fit snug. I honestly was impressed at first. After an hour or more it seemed to tug at my lower back! I would attempt to readjust the belt but eventually remove it. I thought perhaps I just needed to get used to it. I tried this belt for approximately a month or so and no change with the belt. I probably would have continued to trial and error the belt but the Velcro slipped and slipped some more till it won’t even connect with the straps! I’m not in perfect shape nor am I obese and without tone. It just did not work for me. Bummer!!!! I had hoped it would be an asset for me and my everyday adl’s.
